Dreamscape Tours operates private sightseeing and travel experiences across British Columbia, Canada.

All tours, bookings, and services are subject to these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws and regulations of British
Columbia and Canada.

Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. 
  • Dreamscape Tours reserves the right to update pricing, itineraries, or availability without prior notice.

Once a booking is confirmed, guests will receive confirmation details via email or other agreed communication channels

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change.

  • Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

Dreamscape Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Safety concerns
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle issues
  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

In such cases, guests will be offered:

  • A rescheduled tour
  • Travel credit
  • Or a full/partial refund where appropriate

Tour Participation & Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Arrive on time at the designated pickup location
  • Follow safety instructions provided during the tour
  • Respect vehicles, guides, drivers, and other guests
  • Comply with local laws and regulations

Dreamscape Tours reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour without refund in cases involving:

  • Unsafe behaviour
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Illegal activity
  • Damage to property or vehicles

Transportation & Vehicles

Dreamscape Tours operates using premium electric vehicles (EVs) and partner-operated transportation services.

Vehicle type may vary depending on:

  • Availability
  • Group size
  • Operational requirements

While we strive to maintain premium standards, vehicle substitutions may occur when necessary.

Itineraries & Tour Modifications

Tour itineraries are designed carefully; however, schedules and destinations may occasionally change due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Seasonal availability
  • Excessive delay by the customer
  • Park or attraction closures
  • Safety considerations

Dreamscape Tours will always make reasonable efforts to provide an equal or enhanced experience where modifications are required.

Liability Disclaimer

Guests participate in tours at their own risk.

Dreamscape Tours shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or theft of belongings
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third parties
  • Missed flights, cruises, or connections
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable operational control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws of British Columbia and Canada.

Health & Accessibility

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate in selected tours and activities.

Please notify us in advance regarding:

  • Medical conditions
  • Mobility concerns
  • Accessibility requirements
  • Child seat requirements

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Photography & Media

Dreamscape Tours may occasionally capture photographs or videos during tours for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify us before or during the tour.
